NOT ECO/BABY FRIENDLY
This low-cost "organic" bedding is NOT the great deal that it seems to be. It is made with polyester as well as RESIN TREATED POLYESTER, which is not an "organic" or eco-friendly material, at all. Don't know why anyone would even bother to put organic cotton in a product like this.
I knew the price seemed too low for organic. Unfortunately, 100% organic items are just not this affordable. Don't be fooled. I'm no scientist, but it's probably better to get conventional cotton as long as it's 100% cotton, rather than this polyester blend, which may have been treated with formaldehyde or some other industrial chemical. I wouldn't buy anything from this company, and this bedding is going back to Amazon.

I feel like I wasted my money
I don't know how the company can legally advertise this product as 100% organic cotton. That is not the case. Unfortunately, you won't know that until you open up the package and look at the actual tags to find that it only CONTAINS organic cotton. The rest of it is resin-treated polyester (yeah, that sounds "organic"). Yet the product description and the packaging both indicate that this set is all-natural 100% organic cotton.
As other reviewers have commented on, this set IS quite soft and comfortable, like velvet. But it is rather plain--and not just because it contains no bleaches or dyes. For the (poor) quality of bumper and blanket you get, I'm more than a little disappointed. I ended up replacing the blanket with a down comforter.
Bottom line: this set is overpriced for what you get and I wouldn't recommend it at all. If you don't care about organic, you can get a much nicer--and more colorful--set for less money. And if you want genuine organic, you're...
Way too expensive!
Soft, yes. Color as expected, yes - very neutral just like I wanted. However, almost the entire package is the bumper which we will not use until baby is older and past SIDS age. The blanket is small, the sheet I really had to stretch to fit the mattress. I can't believe we paid $100 for this set.
