Very Upset
I putchased this product and when it came there was red ink or something on the bumber pad and quilt. I called customer service and the said to send it back parcel post and they would credit me a full refund on my credit card. He gave me the address where to send it, etc.... I immediately went to the post office and mailed it back. A month later, my credit card was not credited. I called customer service to find out why and they told me they never received the package. I was extremely upset. Althought I had my receipt from the post office - since they told me to send it back parcel post - there was no way of tracking it. I cannot understand what happened. If they did not receive it - it should have come back to me. I had a retrun address on it. Anyway, I will never order anything from this company again! The product was terrible and so was the customer service.

Cheating discount, poor quality
When I opened the box, the items look so cheap. I was totally disappointed. It is not worth $40, not even the original price. The items are not as shown in the picture either. The discount is just a cheating. Never will buy the so-called discounted items from website again.
